SPECIAL RESOLUTION

SWCA is currently without an Executive Committee and as a result will be unable to maintain the business of the society. This has initiated the following Special Resolution.

Notice is hereby given that a General Membership Meeting of the Society of Western Canadian Artists (SWCA) is to be held on April 10, 2017, at 7:00 pm.

The following will be presented:

Motion:

Be it resolved as a Special Resolution that the Society of Western Canadian Artist be dissolved.
