Artist Biography

Born and grew up in South Korea.Fine art and animation studied.Taught art lesson drawing water color and creative art for children in Korea.In 2000, moved to Canada and married and started painting and art work in 2005.Mainly experiment and exploring mixed media abstract with many medium now.combine with art as a therapy.Received Cultural diversity art grant in 2012. Group exhibition in Royal Alexandra hospital in 2012.

Misook's art work inspired by nature in oil or acrylic of abstract or realism,express with inner emotions.love to explore and experiment on different medium.Allows and accept flaws and mistakes in art work to pursue free spirit and growth.
